If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery change), or exchange the item for a different size / style, if preferred. All shipping charges for return and exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Please contact our customer service to ensure the right return address. We will not be responsible for refund if the item is returned to the wrong address. That you will be liable for any customs or duty charges if applicable for your return.

Returns & Refunds

We truly hope you are happy with our products, we have very strict quality checks to ensure each dress is free from any faults/defects before dispatch, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted. Please first contact us for any returns.

To receive a Refund/Return, all Returns must meet the following conditions

1. Ship back the items within 5 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

2. In original packaging, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags and packing via a trackable service. Any items that have been returned soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted. In such instances, we will regrettably have to return the item back to you.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for any returns back to Angitte and for re-shipping fees associated with exchanges.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days after we received the returned item and confirmed it matches our returns policy (excluding original delivery charge), sometimes longer during high order volume periods. We will send refund notification via email after refund sent. 

Late Returns 

All returns must be sent back to Angitte within 7 business days of receipt. All returns outside the 7 days window will be dealt with at the sole discretion of Angitte and may be refunded with a store ‘credit note’.

Cancellations

Order can only be cancelled before dispatch, we will normally send order in 1-2 working days, sometimes longer if the item is temporarily out of stock (an email will be send to you) if you want to cancel your order, please contact hello@angitte.com, before we dispatch the goods to you.  

Please note that placing orders with us means that you are accepting all of the terms and conditions advised above, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to change these Terms and Conditions, we also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.
